BSI African Fashion and Design Week 2013 to hold This March in Port Harcourt Nigeria




The city of Port Harcourt will play host to the best of African fashion this march, as she host the second edition BSI African Fashion and Design Week 2013 Fall/Winter collection. BSI African Fashion and Design Week this is partnered with World Fashion for Development.

BSI African Fashion and Design Week aims to take African fashion global and promote economic development and social responsibility around the world through fashion as an avenue for development. Bluepearl Services International (BSI) takes five (5) designers to showcase during the Brooklyn Fashion Week New York every season.

The designers picked during the last African Fashion and Design Week summer/Winter 2013 collection were:
Jazz Effect Designs (Nigeria)
Zhalima Grazioni (Nigeria)
Wanaemi (UK / Nigeria)
Nallem Clothing (Ghana)

The African Fashion and Design Week (AFDW) is a branded entertainment environment providing activities and opportunities for fashion designers and sponsors to come face-to-face with the the industry stakeholders which includes theVIP’s, celebrities, musical talent, media and consumers during AFDW. The event activities this season will include Runway, Exhibition and Seminar.
