‘Scandal’ actress Kerry Washington style choice of the a Micheal Kors, high-low hemline dress at the MTV Movie awards was a sore disappointed to me. Somehow she couldn't quite make the dress work for her. Could it be as a result of her height? Kerry’s dress featured a solid black long-sleeved top, with a bold neon-orange flowing train. She accessorized with a Kele clutch purse in orange color and black Roger Vivier pumps.. What do you think of her dress?
