One wonders why Scandal Olivia Pope opted to wear a polka-dot dress from Dolce & Gabbana’s spring 2015 collection paired with Sophia Webster ‘Mika white pumps with polka dot heel instead of an ensemble or dress from the scandal inspired limited collection. Despite that “oh” moment, Kerry Washington did rock the polka-dot frock with trumpet cuffs perfectly, pairing it with a Roger Vivier ‘Love’ and heart-motif mini buckle shoulder bag and bold red lip.
