Tassels and Feathers!

Millare Fashion Fave: Nollywood Actress NSE  at the AAMA 2012
For a while, Tassels and Feathers took a middle sit in trendy cloths design charts, content to secure front row sit on accessories. Now they are back with a bang and it looks like they aren't given up their space anytime soon. Featured heavily by most designers both home and aboard on their creations, as seen by their presence at most fashion shows; fashion bluffs can now spot them in multiples, at any high brow carpeted event globally.
Though now trendy, it’s necessary to have the know-how, to wear them, so as to look glamorous and sophisticated, not clownish or weird. The trick is, not to go overboard with your tassels and features.

Ø Buy dresses where T&F designs are placed strategically on the shoulder, knees to hemline, or train.
Ø  Never buy fashion staples with T&F on the torso or middle of the garment especially if you are big of built.
Ø   Keep your accessories simple, minimal and classy, while yet making a statement, like Nollywood actress Nse. (picture above)
Pop colors and high heels are advised.

Recently at the Met Gala and Africa Academy Movie Award, our darling fashionista both home and aboard was spotted rocking these trends. Enjoy and learn.....
