“FREEDOM” BY ECLECTIC BY SASHA 2013 COLLECTION LOOKBOOK

Musical artist turned designer, Sasha P is out with her design house ‘Eclectic by Sasha’ 2013 collection titled “Freedom”.  This collection is definitely a step-up from Sasha last collection which wasn’t as brilliant as we expected. Already this collection has been trailed with both praises and criticisms. In my opinion, this collection depicts, the seventies fashion spirit in the modern woman of today. Though the designs themselves are not overtly dramatic, the simplicity, and uninterrupted silhouette of each design, tells a story of sophistication and feminine allure.

TV presenter Yvonne ‘Vixen’ Ekwere is the model used in the lookbook to depict a spirited young 70′s woman living in the thrusts of life.  Shot at the Vantage Beach hotel in Oniru Estate Lagos, the collection includes fabrics of  light jersey, silk satin, lace, chiffon and vibrant colours of blue, orange and green like emerald, mikonos blue, samba, acai and koi.
