The crops, sheer, fringes, frills, Poka, cut-outs, plunging necklines, puff sleeves, jersey tops, hip-slits, square short sleeves, boxy jackets, and Androgynous suits were all the rage at on the runways for spring 2014. Envision pastels twined in primary hues, as the shades for the season and you won’t be wrong.
