My Smoothie Recipes| Millare’s Frosty Paradise

Hi, darlings. Nothing calms the nerves and soothes body/soul after a stressful day instantly like a cool glass of smoothie. I always opine that smoothies are like a spa or vacation in a glass. It's midweek already in an ember month, (Double dose of stress) so relax tonight with this smooth slice of fruitlicious heaven created by my humble self.  I 've called it (My early Christmas gift to you #grin)

Ingredients: 
Strawberries
Banana
Kiwi
Lemon
Oranges
Mint leaves
Low-fat sugar-free Yogurt
Pineapple
Apples
Seedless crimson grapes
watermelon

How to make:
Pour your chilled Yogurt into your smoothie maker
Add your diced fruits into the liquid base
Add your ice cubes and blend
When the mix is smooth and pasty, add your mint leaves and blend for 30 second and Viola!
