Nigerians womenswear label Muse Factory, recently unveiled its SS18 collection, titled ‘Effervescence’ .The collection is a journey of discovery into nature, particularly the world of bees, butterflies and wasps. Inspired by the liveliness and vivacity of nature. Each piece in the collection draws inspiration from the insect world. With pieces mirroring the designer’s inferences from macro images of the honey bee, the blue banded bee and the green awlet, each piece is inherently a study of nature.

According to the brand creative director ‘these insects all have very similar yet distinct elements which provided a very clear vision and direction for the collection.
